Women these days have to dress a certain way when goin out just to get a taxi. For some reason cab drives like to pick up women that's dressed nice, high heels on, and hair done. If you notice these two women are dressed to get taxi's when needed.
I think the reason why cab drivers are picking up these type of women
to blance out the fact that he is badly dressed. Looks to me like he need these women to make him look good.
