While going over M.I.A.'s new album "/\/\ /\ Y /\" I discovered something. To my surprise she is 34, and also the message that I recieved in a song perfectly titled "The Message". In the song a male voice says "Headphones connected to the iPhone, iPhone connected to the Internet, connected to the Google, connected to the Government". This statement made me think because I feel it is very true. If everything we do is connected to the government then what bit of privacy do we have. While people may think she is wacky, she manages to speak the truth and get her voice heard.
